PROJECT 1: LOCATION, PEACE RIVER, MACKENZIE COUNTY, CANADA
50 tonnes per hour capacity (output); input of 75 tonnes/hour

The plant is composed of the following sub-systems:
Reactors for steam explosion
Pre/Post washing system
Mechanical drying/de-watering system
Water treatment, steam boiler and flue gas system
Pellet mill, material handling and chipping system
Railcar loading system
The land has existing consent for heavy industrial and no specific additional planning consents are required.
However, environmental permits can only be obtained and then issued by the federal government on completion of phase one and two engineering.

The project will be constructed at Peace River, this site is situated in the heart of Mackenzie County close to the forestry and benefits from excellent road links for export.
The site extends to in excess of 20 acres which is more than adequate for requirements, the site is owned freehold by a sister company “Peace River 1 Powerwood ltd” which has agreed to grant a long-term lease on the land to the company at below market rates.
PROJECT 2: LOCATION, CLOSE TO PADDLE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA, CANADA

Simultaneously, CAE are developing Project 2, a 'cookie cutter' version of Project 1, working with the same partners.
The site is situated close to Paddle Prairie in Alberta, Canada.
Terms have been agreed for long term tenure on the site which benefits from it's own rail head. The site close to Paddle Prairie extends across a vast acreage.
Agreement has been reached with for feed-stock supply direct to the site from their vast reserved on a long-term harvest agreement.
FUTURE PROJECTS: EUROPE (POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, SLOVAKIA, UKRAINE)
It is envisaged that further projects will be built on a “cookie Cutter” model of Project 1, working with the same teams to deliver the much sought after bio fuel.
Further sites are currently in development and will include a second site in Canada and sites in Europe including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine, the later supporting development of sites post conflict to assist the migration from relying on Russian fossil fuels.
